Working out was not one of my strong points to say the least. I felt like as much time as I spent in the gym I was not seeing results that I wanted and this would discourage me from continuing. I began training with Ti Phan six months ago at a weak 118lbs. Before we started, I had no clue what I was doing. I found myself in the gym wandering around jumping on random machines with no purpose behind it. With his guidance, practices, and knowledge in the field, I was able to gain a solid 17lbs of muscle, putting me at a more mentally and physically strong 135lbs. Ti’s educational background along with his experience in physical training gave me assurance and confidence that I was in the right hands. Ti is one semester away from obtaining his bachelor’s of science with his focus being Kinesiology and it definitely reflected in our training. He not only put me through effective exercises, but he also had a purpose behind everything we did. He put together exercise routines that would benefit my body most and provide me with real results, fast. The training was intense but anyone serious about changing their health along with physic, I would most highly recommend Ti to supply you with all the tools and knowledge you need to achieve your goals!
